Texas Instruments defined Q4 targets

December 11, 2013

Texas Instruments (Unattractive*) said Q4 revenues and profit will be in line with analysts’ predictions as demand for car components makes up for weaker orders for other industrial equipment. Net income is expected to come in between 44 to 48 cents a share on revenue of $2.92-3.04bn. That compares with average analyst estimates of 46 cents and $2.99bn. In October, the largest analog chipmaker had forecast profit would be 42-50 cents on sales of $2.86-3.1bn.
