Business Analyst Onboarding Process

Do you want to help us continue our success story? As part of an interdisciplinary, agile team that drives innovation at LGT, you have the opportunity to actively shape our digitalization strategy and thus our future. As a Business Analyst Client Onboarding, you will work at the interface between the bank and IT. In this varied and responsible role, you will further develop the digital backbone of your specialist area and take on the following tasks:

  • You capture and analyze requirements, develop technical solution concepts together with internal and external partners and support their implementation.
  • You analyze and assess business processes in the context of changes to IT systems and ensure the implementation of efficient processes.
  • You support the prioritization and take over the coordination during the implementation of userstories.
  • You contribute your knowledge to the agile team and support the standardization of IT systems of the globally active business units.


Your line team is mainly located in Bendern, Liechtenstein. The team in which you mainly work is located in Zurich and Liechtenstein, majority in close remote contact. Your daily and senior stakeholders are from various locations in APAC and Europe.


  • You have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • You have experience in requirements analysis, process consulting and solution design.
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself with new fields of activity and acquire new knowledge
  • You have strong communication skills, a service- and customer-oriented attitude and understand complex interrelationships quickly and holistically.
  • You are a flexible and resilient personality
  • You work systematically, structured and independently
  • Technical understanding, e.g. with data interfaces or KYC & ID Verification Services complete your profile
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
