In diesem abwechslungsreichen Praktikum unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Compliance bei allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben: 

• Vollständige Organisation der CPL Schulung "Introduction for New Joiners"
• Organisation von Meetings mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Erstellen von Einführungsplänen für Direktunterstellte des Head Compliance
• Organisation von Offsite- und Staff-Info Meetings
• Mithilfe bei der Rechnungs- und Spesenabrechnung
• Pendenzenmanagement diverser interner Stakeholders
• Selbständige Aktualisierungen von Reports und Listen
• Vorbereitung von Newslettern
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen

Requirements

Wir wenden uns an eine belastbare und integre Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent. Als ideale Voraussetzung haben Sie Interesse an Compliance-Themen. Sie sind eine teamorientierte, hilfsbereite, vertrauenswürdige und verschwiegene Person. Sie haben gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Palette, angenehme Umgangsformen und haben eine positive Lebenseinstellung. Neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen besitzen Sie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
