Responsibilities:

• Development/further development of quality assurance for online banking

• Ownership of test concept and test roadmap

• Coordination of test campaigns and test reporting

• Integration of automated tests in the CI/CD pipeline

• Coaching of developers and test engineers in test automation

• Use of established frameworks and platforms

• Ensuring high software quality 

Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing quality assurance systems 

• Fluent English and very good written and spoken command of German – highly preferrable

• Experience in application and test management

• Management and coaching of employees

• Practical experience in agile software development

• Excellent team and communication skills
